Turnaround Time
We can often turn orders round same day, but you should allow 1-3 working days for larger orders or at busier times of the year.

UK Shipping
All domestic orders, large and small, will be sent on a secure, tracked service and will take 1-3 working days to arrive. Customers are welcome to collect or arrange their own transportation.

International Shipping
We ship from our UK warehouse, usually on a DDU service. We utilise a number of couriers on an ad hoc basis, depending on a customer’s geographical location / cost / urgency. We have excellent relationships with secure and efficient shipping companies. Again, we will work with your own couriers if required.

International Delivery Times
Shipments to European addresses take on average 5-7 working days. Shipments to the rest of the world including the USA take on average 5-10 working days.

Customs and Excise
All international customers are strongly advised to check their own country’s guidelines for matters of import duties and taxes.

Delivery Information
For an added level of security we will issue digital copies of packing lists and photographs of all cartons exiting our distribution centre.
